Carnalito originated from a legendary family-owned butcher shop that later transformed into a taquería. It’s built on a family recipe dating back to 1928, when the Arabs first arrived in Mexico.

For generations, the family has been perfecting the art of crafting traditional trompos of arrachera, al pastor, and lamb, among other delicious meats. With locations in some of the most iconic spots in Mexico, Carnalito’s design is inspired by the classic taquerías found in Mexico’s traditional markets.
